This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Onecartplace.com (“Licensor”) and the user (“Licensee”). By accessing or using Onecartplace.com, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
a. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Onecartplace.com for personal or business purposes.

b. Licensee grants Licensor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content for the purposes of operating and improving Onecartplace.com.
a. Licensor reserves the right to terminate or suspend the license at any time for violations of this Agreement.
b. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of Onecartplace.com.
a. Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy of Onecartplace.com, which governs the collection and use of personal information.
a. Onecartplace.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
b. Licensor disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
a. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use Onecartplace.com.
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Stats Canada].
a. Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on Onecartplace.com.
